A Master Chinese Chef's Weeknight Dinner!
3 Dishes in 37 Minutes
Hi friends and fam!
I am VERY excited to share this video with you for many reasons:
This is what my dad cooks for my kids ALL the time.
He makes the crunchiest broccoli that my young kids never seem to reject.
His soy sauce chow mein is to die for, and also made with dried noodles (we’ve only really covered recipes that use fresh noodles for chow mein).
His pan-fried chicken breast is as good as fried chicken.
He makes all of this in 37 minutes! Each dish is finished within a few minutes of one another. We walk you through the sequence of prep/cooking for the most optimal texture.
This is the first video I’ve really shot for YouTube specifically in a while (everything else has been for cookbook research, like the last video we posted), and we had a lot of fun with this one.
We got to sit down for our first Meal Time in a long time, now with a 6 year old, a 4 year old, and a 2 year old. Props to you if you remember when it was just little baby Cameron in our videos 😭
