Having grown up in Hawaii, we use Portuguese sausage or linguisa, or even Spam, instead of beef. We also use leftover rice since it's not so wet. The sequence of adding the ingredients to the wok was so informative. Reminds me of my father, as he would make fried rice for breakfast on the weekends and put all kinds of leftovers on the table to go with the rice. This video is making my mouth water!
No worries! I got the recipe from here (and tried it, and it really is a great, simple fried rice), but I saw some folks in the YouTube comments mention the link wasn’t working so I figured I’d mention it here, too, just in case.
Loved this video! Besides getting a great and fast recipe that is super easy to follow, Daddy Lau landed a lot of great tips and habits that I’ll be sure to follow. Can’t wait to make this fried rice this weekend 😋

Linguisa fried rice sounds legendary!! I do that sometimes with spam for breakfast for my kiddos
Just a heads up, the recipe link on YouTube isn’t working and it doesn’t come up on a search on the website.
Ah! Sorry. Working on it!
