Last weekend I had the great privilege of presenting at the James Beard Awards! What a full circle moment.
Being back was reinvigorating. My biggest takeaway is that I’ve been really missing making and sharing videos with you all, and that we are coming back to our regularly scheduled programming :)
We're still not done with our cookbook but I couldn't wait that long! Thanks for being patient and hanging in there with us! We are so excited to continue sharing our recipes + familial love with you all. There is a lot of fun stuff in store.

As an old cook, I appreciate Chef Lau sharing his vast experience as a professional with us all! He exudes confidence and prowess in the kitchen with his simple work ethics that hones efficiency and is exhibited best by the unfailing results at the tasting table. Excellent! I love his recipes and do little modifications, if at all. I have been our family primary cook for over 50 years, in a family that has several professional cooks, but I do not share his generosity, patience or ability to pass on my experience to others nearly so well. Chef Lau ,you are my kind of hero!
